Quiet Gym Sessions
Enjoy a calmer training environment during our dedicated quiet hours:
- Thursdays: 6:30am – 12:00pm
- Sundays: 8:00am – 12:00pm
During these times, music is turned off and members are encouraged to keep the space quiet and respectful. Feel free to bring headphones if you’d like your own audio.
Designed for focus and comfort, these sessions are open to all members seeking a more relaxed gym experience.

All gym users are asked to read and make themselves aware of the University gyms conditions of use, as well as the main Saints Sport terms and conditions, before using the main Saints Sport gym.
