Facilities

The sports facilities at University Park are located on one site in a tranquil setting just to the west of the historic town centre.

Stretching over 40 acres, the site has fine views across the Tay estuary over to the Sidlaw Hills, and was gifted to the University in 1904 by notable industrialist and benefactor Andrew Carnegie.

The University continues to invest in sport at St Andrews and following a major £14 million refurbishment of the indoor facilities now provides some of the best sports facilities in Scotland.

Professional training camps

The University has been hosting professional clubs, international squads and governing bodies for over 15 years and has developed a reputation for providing a professional service and a unique sporting experience. With recent investment in the sports facilities and accommodation, the University of St Andrews is positioned as one of the best venues for sports training camps and events in Scotland.

University Park

University Park is located in a tranquil setting just a 10 minute walk to the west of the historic town centre, close to University Hall, Agnes Blackadder Hall, Andrew Melville Hall and David Russell Apartments.
