Our health and fitness team are here to support, navigate and offer guidance in exercise and wellness. We offer a range of services to suit all your health, fitness and sporting needs. These include Personal training bundles, 1-1 Personal training blocks and 1-1 Pilates. All trainers are highly qualified and have many years of experience delivering specialist exercise services, bespoke to the individual client.
Our guidance is open to all. Those with specific fitness goals, regular gym users looking to refresh their exercise routine or those coming back from injury. Personal training offers a motivating, challenging and fun alternative for your workout.

How it works:

  • Fill out our online PT form or email us direct
  • Pop in to meet your trainer for a FREE consultation
  • Pick your block & schedule a time to meet regularly with your trainer
  • Sessions will be supervised, monitored and progressed
