Fitness classes

Our varied exercise class programme runs all-year-round and is tailored to suit all levels and abilities. With over 40 classes per week including Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, HIIT and Spin, the programme is open to students, staff and the local community and has been designed to target different levels of intensity and impact training.

Classes on demand

The Saints Fitness team are delighted to announce the launch of a new on-demand video service that will allow our students, staff and community to stay active and access fitness classes anywhere, at any time. The Saints Sport YouTube channel now hosts a selection of over 70 free workouts, sorted into playlists to help you easily find a class with the right intensity. There is plenty of variety. Some may be new to you; some may just give you some structure of familiar routines.
