The Saints Fitness programme offers a full range of services including a diverse exercise class programme, fitness consultations, personal training, gym inductions and strength and conditioning support.

Class timetable

With over 40 classes per week including Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, HIIT and Spin, the Saints Fitness class programme has been designed to target different levels of intensity and impact training.

Academic Bicycle Challenge (ABC)

This year the University of St Andrews will join institutions from across the globe to take part in the Academic Bike Challenge designed to decrease our footprint, increase our physical fitness and improve mental wellbeing. The ABC combines joyful cycling, healthy exercise, and climate protection. Students and staff are invited to take part and the goal is to collect as many cycled kilometres as possible in the month of July.
