The Ultimate Start to the Season!
Saints Ultimate has started the season off with a strong start, competing in several events in Edinburgh, Stirling and Glasgow in preparation for their BUCS matches.
They sent three teams to Edinburgh Beginners who managed to lock out the podium, coming 1st, 2nd and 3rd places overall! It was great to see newcomers become calmer whilst handling the disc and make smart decisions under pressure. Celebrating this success in Edinburgh after the competition, it’s safe to say that confidence and team bond has really grown on and off the pitch.
The next competition was Stirling Tune Up, where the team took the competition by storm. Despite the rainy conditions, everyone had a blast. Two Saints teams went head-to-head in the quarterfinals, which turned out to be a very tight game. 
The winner proceeded to win the entire tournament, with the other team placing 7th. At Glasgow One Day, the men fought hard and ended up placing 8th.
Thank you to all the hosts for some fantastic matches and memories, filled with intense competition and great fun. The club is training hard and honing their skills to prepare for Indoor Regionals and BUCS and continue their winning streak over the rest of the year!!
