Racket sports

Mondays

The Senior Saints Racket Sports class is a drop-in session designed specifically for active older adults. There are opportunities to play badminton, pickle ball, table tennis and short tennis whilst taking each class at your own pace. This includes a self-led cup of tea and a chat half way through the session.

Senior Wellness Workout

Thursdays

Our functional movement and balance class is designed for the older generation, focusing on improving daily movement and overall balance. This low-impact class is tailored to support day-to-day activities, ensuring participants maintain their independence and quality of life. This includes a self-led cup of tea and a chat afterwards.
