Junior Saints

Our Junior Saints programme provides children and young people in the St Andrews area with year-round opportunities to get active, develop new skills, and build confidence through fun, inclusive and engaging sport.

From weekly classes for pre-school children through to secondary school pupils, to holiday sports camps, one-to-one coaching and active birthday parties, our experienced and qualified coaches deliver a wide range of activities that encourage participation, enjoyment and lifelong involvement in sport.

Weekly classes

The Children’s Services team run a variety of weekly classes for pre-school children (2-5 years old), those in P1-P7 and S1-S4. Classes are led by fully qualified coaches and offer a wide range sporting activities.

Holiday sports camps

Junior Saints runs a number of sports camps throughout the year to coincide with school holidays and in-service day. If the schools are off, you can guarantee that Junior Saints will be on!

1-2-1 coaching

Our 1-2-1 coaching sessions or bespoke lessons are led by our highly qualified and experienced in-house Junior Saints coaches, providing children with the opportunity to develop their football or tennis skills.

Birthday parties

Looking for a fun active alternative for your child’s next birthday party? Our team of qualified coaches are here to ensure your child and their guests have a wonderful day trying new sports and fun activities.

Saints Leadership Programme

The Saints Leadership Programme is a 10-week development programme for young people aged 16+ who want to build confidence, develop leadership and coaching skills, gain recognised qualifications, and prepare for their next steps beyond school. Through a blend of learning and practical experience, participants develop valuable skills that can support future study, employment, sport, and personal growth.
