Class Information

We welcome participants of all fitness levels. Our instructors will offer modifications throughout each session to help you get the most from your workout. To ensure you choose the right class for your needs, please read the class descriptions carefully before booking.

Instructor availability may vary from time to time to meet the needs of the programme. If you have any specific requirements—whether physical, sensory, or otherwise—please speak to your instructor before the class begins so they can support you appropriately.

All classes feature music. If you have any auditory sensitivities or requirements, please let your instructor know in advance.
