Youth Performance Programme
Our Youth Performance Programme is a structured 6 week training programme which will enable 12 – 18 year olds the opportunity to enhance their athleticism to the next level. Our support will improve your strength and power as well as ensuring you are a robust athlete to minimise injury within sport.
Maximising your time training and competing, you will work with our highly qualified coaches to optimise your maximum output and improve performance.
We will test key performance indicators associated to your sport to monitor and evaluate your performance during the programme. These sessions are ideal for those working towards excelling within their sport or looking to develop their athletic skills.

Long Term Athletic Development
Scientific research in pediatric populations indicate that we can positively contribute
to a young athletes health, performance and psychology. Current research has
highlighted that a well structured resistance training programme has shown many
benefits to children and adolescents. These include:
