Ross Whittaker

Ross is a well-known face around Saints Sport. He first began his journey in 2013 and since has taken on clients with different exercise history and various training goals. He enjoys a challenge with clients such as Calisthenics, functional movements and due to his British Military background, he has assisted individuals with Fitness test related goals.

Yasmin

Yasmin is a level 3 personal trainer after graduating with a BSc Hons in sports and exercise science. She is also working towards achieving her level 4 weight management and athletic performance in nutrition to help with nutritional advice alongside PT. Yasmin’s sporting background derives from competing nationally and internationally for Great Britain in Judo. You can see Yasmin leading weekly group cycle classes as well as cover for other studio based classes.

Michal

Michal is a Level 3 qualified personal trainer with a passion for strength sports. He is a competitive powerlifter and has previously competed in Olympic-style weightlifting. Michal acted as the Head Coach of the university Weightlifting Club from 2018-2019 during which time he helped grow the club and supported club members in reaching their training goals. Michal has experience in coaching a wide range of clients, from first-time gym goers to competitive powerlifters and weightlifters. He is constantly expanding his knowledge and keeping up to date with emerging exercise research. Michal is passionate about growing participation in strength training and helping others experience the benefits of this training on both physical and mental wellbeing.

Laura

Laura is a personal trainer with a specific focus on applying the pilates principles to her training programmes, whether in one-to-one pilates or gym sessions. She enjoys using an assortment of equipment for loaded movement training to develop core stability and strength. She also has a keen interest in functional kinesiology. Her aim is to coach clients to perform exercises with precision and control, leading to a comprehensive improvement in movement efficiency either inside or outside the sports centre. You will also find Laura in the studio teaching a variety of classes. She always brings her enthusiasm for exercise and sense of fun to her sessions in the gym and in the studio.

Emma

Filling fast every week is Emma’s Tuesday morning Pilates class. Also, reformer trained she teaches at home with 1-1 sessions.
