How to register a parent profile
All parents will need to register for a new booking account to book children onto Junior Saints classes and camps – even if you have a current Saints Sport membership or have had a previous Horizons account.
From the login page, non-registered users have three register options:
- This option is for parents who are either a University of St Andrews student or member of staff, and includes those with an existing adult Saints Sport membership and non-members.
- Staff and students must register using their University of St Andrews email address.
- This option is for parents who are members of the community with an existing adult Saints Sport membership (Community, Community Concession, Community Tennis, etc.), but who do not have a booking account.
- Please note that your Saints Sport membership card number is required during the registration process to map your new online account to your existing membership record.
- This option is for parents who are members of the Community who don’t have an existing adult Saints Sport membership. This option will create a new record once the booking account is activated.
Activation email
An activation email will be sent from ‘[email protected]’ to the email address entered when registering.
Please note that you will need to click the activation link within this email within 48 hours in order to activate your online account.
Logging in
When a member has completed the registration process, they are able to login to the booking system.
We recommend switching on Two Factor Authentication for additional security when logging in. Two Factor Authentication can be switched on from the member’s My Details page.
