Fitness classes

Our varied exercise class programme runs all-year-round and is tailored to suit all levels and abilities. With 39 classes per week including Yoga, Pilates, Zumba and Group Cycle, the programme is open to students, staff and the local community and has been designed to target different levels of intensity and impact training.
