Cardio tennis runs every Thursday 13:30 – 14:30 and is a high energy fitness activity that combines on court hitting, with off court exercises, delivering the ultimate, full body workout!
Sessions run on one court in the University’s impressive indoor tennis centre and delivered by our own level 3 coaches Claire and Euan.
We use low compression balls and rackets can be provided.
The class has a capacity of 16 people so please book early to avoid disappointment.
