How to register for an online account

All users will need to register for a new Leisure Hub account to access the customer portal – even if you have had a previous Horizons account.

From the login page, non-registered users have three register options:

  • I’m a University of St Andrews Student/member of Staff…and I would like to register for an online Leisure Hub account

    This option is for all University of St Andrews students and staff to register, and includes both members and non-members.

  • I’m a member of the community with a Saints Sport membership…but I need to create an online Leisure Hub account

    This option is for members of the community with an existing live Saints Sport membership (Community, Community Concession, Community Tennis, etc.), but who do not have a Leisure Hub account. This will link your new online Leisure Hub account to your current membership record.

  • I’m a member of the community without a Saints Sport membership…and would like to create a Leisure Hub account to buy a membership or make a booking

    This option is for members of the Community who are non-members and new to Saints Sport and will create a new record once the Leisure Hub account is activated.


Activation email

An activation email will be sent from ‘[email protected]’ to the email address entered when registering.

Please note that you will need to click the activation link within this email within 48 hours in order to activate your Leisure Hub account.

Logging in

When a member has completed the registration process, they are able to login to Leisure Hub.

We recommend switching on Two Factor Authentication for additional security when logging in. Two Factor Authentication can be switched on from the member’s My Details page.
