Racket sports

Mondays

The Senior Saints Racket Sports class is a drop-in session designed specifically for active older adults. There are opportunities to play badminton, pickle ball, table tennis and short tennis whilst taking each class at your own pace.

Circuits

Thursdays

The Senior Saints circuits class runs for 60-minutes and is aimed at active older adults interested in improving their health and wellbeing through balance, strength and coordination techniques.
