Junior Saints and Rettie team up to boost Junior Saints holiday camps programme
Saints Sport has secured a new sponsorship deal with local estate agents Rettie to support its popular Junior Saints holiday sports camps programme.
Run by the Children’s Services team at Saints Sport, the University’s Junior Saints programme offers a wide variety of sporting activities for children in the St Andrews area to get involved and be active throughout the year. The programme provides a family-friendly environment, supporting the diverse needs of students, staff, and local families by offering safe, enriching spaces where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
The Junior Saints weekly class programme offers a great selection of fun sporting activities to try throughout the year. Catering for tots (age 2), pre-school children (3-5 years old), and those in Primary and Secondary school, the programme sees over 430 children across the 24 classes each week. All sessions are led by fully qualified coaches who are supported by a number of student volunteers.
In addition to the weekly classes, Junior Saints also runs popular sports camps aligned with school holidays and in-service days. These camps range from multisport sessions to sport-specific camps and attract nearly 3000 children each year. If the schools are off, Junior Saints is on, delivering high energy, professionally run camps for children of all ages and abilities.
