Saints Sport are delighted to announce that Claire McCulloch will be joining the University as the new Director of Tennis.

Claire joins the University from The LTA where she held the role of Disability Competitions Manager. She graduated with a Masters in Sports Management in 2016 from the University of Stirling, where she also held the role of University tennis Coordinator.

Claire is familiar with St Andrews, having played against the University during her time as a student. Since then the installation of the indoor tennis centre and the continued development of the tennis programme has expanded the provision of tennis at St Andrews and Claire is excited to take Saints Tennis to greater heights.

Claire is looking forward to taking on the role at the University and creating a programme that can help both players and the workforce that surrounds them succeed.

Saints Sport would like to thank The LTA and Tennis Scotland for their continued support and look forward to working with them closely to further improve Saints Tennis, and grow opportunities for our students, staff and the local community.

Alistair Higham, Universities Manager at the LTA said: “Claire will be a great asset to the University in her new position. She knows the university sector well and will bring great energy to the role.”
